  • We have an information table set up for advertising materials. If you send the materials to the confernce site by Wednesday, November 6, we wil keep the materials stocked and on display
  • If you are placing an advertisment, but not a booth or materials table please select this option, Please be sure you have already seelcted your advertising choice in the following form.
  • One space booth available for set up on one day of conference only. Special circumstance.

General Registration:

Late Registration:
September 15  to October 14, 2015

Registration after 9/15/15
will be charged a $50 late fee

No registrants will be accepted
after October 15, 2015.
*** Registration after August 14 will result in vendors NOT having their name listed in the 2015 CAEA Collage Fall Magazine & Conference Schedule publication.***

*** Vendors MUST be completely out of the hall will all set up complete by 4 pm as Beaver Run will be setting up the hall for our Evening Make&Take. ***

Booth Size:
Standard Booth Size
is aprx. 10 x 10
Junior Booth Size aprx. 10 x 5 - limited availability

Each vendor booth includes 2 chairs and a table. As many waste baskets will be provided as possible.

Additional services including extra tables, chairs, telephones, and internet available with registration.
Shipping & Freight info:
All UPS, Fed Ex, and freight items should arrive at Beaver Run the week before the conference.

*** Check with your shipper; most companies handling LTL do not offer Breckenridge as a daily stop. Plan plenty of time for your items to arrive. ***

Scheduled pick-ups should be set for Monday, November 16, 2015.

For outbound UPS or freight pick-ups, ALL vendors are required to have items boxed, palletized, and ready for pick up. VENDORS MUST PREP THEIR SHIPMENTS, using their company's account info.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOL, shipping labels, tape, sharpies, and pallet wrap!
