What are some ways that you address diverse student needs and learning styles?

In addressing all learning levels, I structure my class to be choice based. The students choose their subject and approach/style then begin working at their level.
    My focus is to differentiate.
Choice works with the stricture of my school to address diverse learners who are also able to take the class.
Differentiation is all about being choice based.

I work with students who have physical limitations. To effectively differentiate, I might figure out what the student is physically able to do, then work with their ability to move from there. The student is given materials appropriate to their abilities and is allowed to experiment and progress.
I collaborate with the student's team to best support their life skills goals.
